Ghuman & Associates has kept the books for owner-run businesses across the Fraser Valley and Canada for years: manufacturers, clinics, contractors, professional practices. Reading that many financial statements teaches you something no dashboard vendor knows, which is where the money actually goes.
The turn came with a glass shop. Material waste was sitting inside cost of goods, unnamed on every report the owner had ever been given. We named it, then went one step further than accountants usually go: we built the optimizer that fixed it. The waste fell, the margin rose, and the firm learned that the distance between finding a problem in the books and solving it with software is shorter than the industry pretends.
So we made it a practice. First for our own operation, which now runs on systems we built ourselves, from a marketing command centre to a content engine that has run unattended since mid 2026. Then for clients. The tools that only corporations could afford, built at a scale and price that fits a business with an owner instead of a board.
You know the cost before we start. If the numbers do not justify the build, we tell you so and you keep the analysis.
